Virginia Creeper

Description and Habitat

Virginia creeper might be mistaken for Wild grape without learning the differences between the two. The berries of Virginia creeper contain oxalic acid and can be toxic for kidneys. It is a Native plant, just not one that is good for food. 

Conservation Status

S4 (Apparently Secure) in Ontario
